Minimum opening order for a new account is $150. Minimum reorder is $100.

TERMS

Initial order is pre-pay, COD or credit card. Re-orders are pre-pay, COD, hold check or credit card (check will be held for 30 days from the date of issuance prior to being deposited). Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $20.00 returned check fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BACK ORDERS

All back orders will be shipped in the next delivery period, unless written communication is received by Baby Cie staff.

RETURN POLICY

An authorization is required plus a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee, merchandise without a RA# will be refused.

In the event of cancellation, we require a two weeks notice to ship date.
